♡ How do i figure out my size? 

sizing kits are available for purchase, upon ordering a sizing kit with your purchase, the kit will be shipped first, once the kit arrives and you size your nails; press the contact tab and fill in your name, order number and sizes! To size your nails yourself, refer to the sizing chart tab and follow the instructions! if you have a custom size, choose the custom option during check out and then send us a message with your sizes. Beauty By Olivia is not responsible for inaccurate measurement of nails.

♡  How long does my order take to ship? 

Nail Sets are made to order, with a processing time of 2-10 business days. Shipping time chose at checkout is how long it will take in transit. “Rush my order” options are available and will ship 1-2 days upon ordering. “Ready to ship” mail sets will ship 1-2 days upon ordering. 

♡ What is the quality of the nails? 

Our presson nails have the strength and structure of acrylic. All nails are durable &’ reusable. To reuse , gently buff away the old glue and store for next use. 

♡ What if i want a custom order? 

All custom orders must fill out our inquiry form.

♡ What comes in my order? 

Your set of nails, and a full application kit which includes a file, buffer, cuticle pusher stick, alcohol prep pads, sticky tabs for temporary use.

♡ Can i change the color of my set? 

Since sets are made to order, of course! Simply write desired color in the special instructions during checkout.
